1. The Editorial Committee consists of members who have made excellent achievements in various language research fields. 2. The Editorial Committee decides on the publication, organization, and style of the contributed papers. 3. The Editorial Committee chooses three reviewers for each paper from the editorial members. 4. If a paper is found to be acceptable with partial revisions, the author must make the appropriate revisions, and resubmit the paper to the Editor. If he is unwilling to comply with the Editor’s recommendations, the author must present a letter to the Editorial Board stating the reasons for noncompliance. 5. If a paper requires reexamination after revision, the author must revise and resubmit it for a final review.
